一、產品介紹 Product Introduction

1、產品標準Product standards

         本產品按GB/T12706-2008《額定電壓35kV及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》標準生產，同時還根據用戶需要按國際電工委員會推薦標準IEC、英國標準、德國標準及美國標準生產。

The product is manufactured in compliance with GB/T12706-2008 ~or IEC、BS、DIN ~or ICEA upon request.

  2、適用范圍Application

        本產品適用于工頻額定電壓0.6/1kV及以下配電網或工業裝置中固定敷設之用。

The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines ~or fixed installatons with rated power-frequency voltage up to ~and including 0.6/1kV 

3、使用特性Operating characteristics

       3.1工頻額定電壓：U₀/U（Um）0.6/1（1.2）kV

                Rated power-frequency voltage U₀/U（Um）：0.6/1（1.2）kV

       3.2電纜導體的允許長期工作最高溫度90℃

                  Max.long-run working temperature of conductor：90℃.

3.3短路時(最長持續時間不超過5s)電纜導體允許最高溫度不超過250℃： 

 Max. temperature of the conductor in a short circuit（maximum 5s）shall not exceed 250℃ 

3.4電纜敷設時環境溫度應不低于0℃。

  The ambient temperature under installation should be above 0℃.

3.5電纜彎曲半徑不小于電纜外徑20倍。

 The bending radius of a cable should be no less than 20 times of outside diameter.

1、在空氣中敷設 Aerial laying

  1.1 單芯電纜平行敷設時中心距離:185mm²及以下為電纜直徑的2倍,240mm²及以上為90mm.。

      The single-core cables are parallel laid,the distance between the cable center is 2 times of the cable diameter for cross-section area of conductor≤185mm²and 90mm for cross-sectional area of con-ductor≥240mm²

  1.2 周圍環境空氣溫度：40℃

       Ambient temperature : 40℃

  1.3 導體的長期最高工作溫度：90℃

       Max.long-run working temperature of conductor: 90℃

2、直埋敷設Direct-buried laying

2.1單芯電纜不接觸敷設時，電纜中心距離為電纜直徑的2倍。

The single-core cables are installed separately,the distance beween the cable centers is 2 times of the cable diameter

2.2土壤溫度Soil temperature：25℃

    2.3導體的長期最高工作溫度Max.long-run working temperature of conductor：90℃

2.4土壤溫度系數Soil thermal resistivity：1.0℃.m/w

2.5直埋深度Burial depth:0.7m

六、電纜安裝使用 Cable installation ~and application

1、電纜的選擇Cable selection 

 1.1電纜的額定電壓U₀/U(Um)示為:UO是電纜設計用的導體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓,U是電纜設計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓,Um是設備可承受的最高系統電壓的最大值。

Cable rated voltage U₀/U(Um) stand for: U₀  is rated A.C. voltage designed between candactor to earth ~or motellic sereen. U is rated A.C. voltage desighed  between phase to phase, Umis max system voltage which equipment can withstand.

1.2根據電纜的敷設環境及負荷的不同，正確設計選擇電纜的型號規格。非鎧裝型適用于架空、室內、隧道、電纜溝等場合，不能承受機械外力作用；鎧裝型同非鎧裝適用的條件外可直埋于地下，能承受一定的機械外力作用。單芯電纜不允許敷設在產生磁性管道中。易燃易暴、化學腐蝕性及高溫、低溫等場合應選擇特殊型號的電纜。

Cable types must be properly selected ~and designed in light of different installing places ~and loads. Not withstanding much mechnical force, non-armoured cables are often used in aerial line, tuunel, cable trench ~and indoors. Armoured type, aside from mentioned places, can be buried underground ~and bear mechanical forces. No single-core cable is allowed to be laid in magnctiable duct. Special cables should be chosen ~where goods are easily combusted ~and exploded ~and occasions with low ~or high temperature ~and chemical corrosion.

2、儲存和運輸 Storage ~and transportation

電纜在儲存中，應規范包裝避免長期露天陽光暴曬，兩端頭可靠密封，不允許長期存放與潮濕的環境中且電纜盤不能平放。運輸時應考慮盤高并有效固定，吊裝時不允許幾盤同時吊裝，嚴禁從高處推下。

While storage, avoid the package long-term exposure ~and keep both ends well sealed. It is not permissible to keep cable in moisture places for long time ~or the cable drum flat. During transportation the drum must be properly fixed and  hoisted one at a time. Dropping drums from high position is strictly forbidden.

3、敷設安裝Installation

3.1電纜敷設應采用專用工具，如放線架、導輥等，敷設過程中防止機械損傷，遠離熱源。

 Special tools like paying-off rack ~and rollers shall be used during installation. Keep clear of heating source in case of mechanical injury. 

3.2電纜穿管敷設時，管道內徑不小于電纜外徑的1.5倍,多根電纜穿管時禁止電纜擰絞擠壓,管道有足夠的容量，要求電纜的總面積不超過管內總面積的40\%.

Inner radius of duct shall be not less than 1.5 times of cable diameter during installation in duct. When huclti-cables being laid in duct forbid to twist ~and pressure cables. The space inside duct shall be sufficient. The total area of cable requested shall be less than 40\% of total duct space

3.3電纜敷設最低溫度不低于0℃,彎曲半徑不小于20倍。

During installation min. ambient temperature shall be no less than 0℃ ~and bending radius is not less then 20 times of diameter.

3.4 當采用牽引導體夾頭方式敷設時，允許最大牽引力為P=OA(N),A導體截面. O為50N/mm²(銅)和30N/mm2(鋁)。

The Max permissible pulling force is P=0A(N) during installation with conductor pulling head. A: cross-section of conductor O:50N/mm²(CU) ~and 30N/mm²(AI)

4、試驗 Test

安裝結束后電纜不帶負荷下進行絕緣電阻測試，必要時可進行交流工頻耐壓試驗，歷時1min.

Insulation resistance test without load shall be conducted after installation. The H.V. test shall last for 1 min when necessary.
